Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal SEIT to lead system integration for the Sentinel ICBM program, based in Roy, UT.

This Individual Contributor role supports DoD milestones and develops architecture across weapon system components. The position requires a STEM degree, active DoD Secret clearance, and 3+ years of DOORS or similar tool experience, with MBSE (Cameo) proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of related experience with Bachelor's, 6+ with Master's, 4+ with PhD.
• Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance (within the last 6 years).
• Ability to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances within a reasonable time as required by the role.
• 3+ years of experience developing or reviewing requirements in DOORS or similar tool.
• 2+ years' experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems.
• 2+ years' experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities.
• 1+ year experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop system level architecture, decomposition and allocation from Weapon System Specification to CI definition.
• Perform trade studies in support of milestone campaigns (SFR/CDR/PDR).
• Develop product support for various milestone campaign activities.
• Collaborate with Sentinel customers on developing product and MPE criteria for Milestone B.
