Applied Materials, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Director to orchestrate large, multi‑workstream module programs across Logic and Memory units and key customers.

You will combine semiconductor process depth with executive communication to drive concept-to-manufacture enablement, coordinating across engineering, business development, CTO, and customer teams. Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related semiconductor discipline.
• PhD preferred.
• 12+ years in the semiconductor industry with at least 5 years in technical program management, business management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of advanced semiconductor process technologies including DRAM, Logic/Foundry nodes, BEOL/FEOL, etch, deposition, and module integration.
• Proven track record of managing programs with major semiconductor manufacturers at VP/Director level and above.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with strict schedule, budget, and risk discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end program management for strategic customer engagements, including TRMs, yield improvement task forces, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and present executive-level materials for meetings with customer VPs, CTOs, EVPs, and internal senior leadership.
• Drive alignment across multiple BUs, IDTs, and cross-functional teams through structured weekly and monthly cadences.
• Coordinate program execution across US headquarters and international sites, managing time zones and cultural contexts.
• Proactively identify, assess, and retire program risks; lead trade-off analyses and critical-path decisions.
• Maintain disciplined program cadence with meeting minutes, action items, milestones, and status updates.
