Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 7–10 years of experience in developing IC test solutions on automated test equipment.
• Experience with Teradyne, Advantest, LTX-Credence platforms.
• Test program development for digital, analog or mixed-signal ICs.
• Read and interpret datasheets to estimate test program time and material costs.
• Manage individual test developments from start to finish with status reporting.
• Attention to detail and data integrity; effective communication with internal/external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop semiconductor component-level test plans ensuring coverage of device specifications.
• Develop ATE test program hardware and software to test semiconductor devices per plans.
• Configure and/or program bench-level lab equipment to meet test requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales to cost quote engineering hours and hardware for test plans.
• Collaborate with Operations to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness for production tests.
• Resolve technical problems using device/test debugging techniques and data collection.
• Drive corrective actions based on test characterization data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
