Job summary

ASE Global is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales in account development and to own the customer revenue pipeline. The role requires deep understanding of customers’ business and future plans, plus the ability to coordinate technical support to develop account strategies with direct factory interface.

You will lead the sales force, conduct timely performance reviews, and coordinate negotiations on SOW agreements.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering and 10-12 years in sales, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/packaging.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop and grow new customer business and increase market share.
• Penetrate existing accounts and prepare quarterly reviews and forecasts.
• Coordinate and manage technical and business activities to optimize revenue.
• Lead negotiations on Statements of Work defining scope, deliverables and terms.
• Supervise a support staff (if applicable).
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.
