Job summary

ASE (U.S.) INC. in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales in account development and to lead a sales force with timely performance reviews.

The role requires deep understanding of our customers’ business and plans, and ownership of the customer revenue pipeline with direct factory interface. You will coordinate technical support to develop specific account strategies and lead negotiations on Statements of Work to define scope and terms.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering is required and 10–12 years of sales experience in semiconductor or packaging.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing key accounts and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strategize new customer business and increase market share with existing customers.
• Prepare quotes, forecasts, and quarterly sales reviews.
• Coordinate and manage technical and business activities to maximize revenue with ASE customers.
