Responsibilities

• Own the execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery.
• Serve as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for enablement of new technologies or technology transfers.
• Analyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and specs.
• Drive team members to meet milestones and customer commitments.
• Document, track, and close meeting minutes and action items.
• Identify risks and define mitigations; track and report progress to stakeholders.
• Travel as needed for customer requests, workshops, reviews, and staff meetings.
