Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Director of Customer Program Management to lead strategic customer programs across the FDX portfolio. You will serve as the primary customer-facing program leader, ensuring technical deliverables, milestones, and manufacturing readiness are met while partnering with Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

This role requires seasoned semiconductor program leadership and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 15+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• 10+ years in program management or equivalent customer-facing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex semiconductor programs from development through production.
• Strong understanding of product development, qualification, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program management interface for strategic FDX customers.
• Lead program reviews, milestones, risk assessments and execution checkpoints.
• Ensure updates on technical deliverables, qualification, production readiness and delivery commitments.
