GlobalFoundries Inc. is seeking a high-ambition program manager to lead complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.

The role demands rigorous execution, a strong tracking discipline, and clear communication on milestones and risks. Minimum 6+ years in the semiconductor industry with proven program management experience; Mandarin proficiency and a PhD are a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry.
Experience in project, program, or product management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to lead exec-level calls.
Proficiency or interest in Mandarin is a plus; PhD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery.
Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for enablement of new technologies and technology transfers.
Track progress to meet milestones and customer commitments; document meeting minutes and action items.
Identify risks and define mitigation actions; drive closure of issues.
Travel to customer requests, workshops, and project reviews as needed.
