Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductors, advanced technology development or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic GF Labs programs from concept to completion.
• Coordinate across device engineering, process integration, design enablement, and manufacturing as needed.
• Establish program milestones, governance, technical reviews, and decision gates.
