Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Site Manager in Boise, Idaho, to oversee client-owned semiconductor manufacturing operations on-site in a 24/7 environment. The role leads a team of technicians, engineers, and managers ensuring safety, quality, and uptime for high-volume manufacturing.

8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead safety and compliance initiatives across SEMI, OSHA, and environmental requirements.
Drive quality and operational integrity through Right First Time and SOP adherence in high-purity gas/chemical handling.
Supervise and develop technicians and engineers supporting Technical Facility Management and operations.
Manage customer contracts, renewals, scope changes, and cost control while maintaining safety and quality.
Provide timely KPI reporting on uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics; maintain client relations.
Oversee all Technical Facility Management operations and benchmark against best practices.
