Accounting Search is seeking a Site Manager for a client-owned semiconductor manufacturing site in Boise, Idaho. You will lead a team of technicians, engineers, and managers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a high-volume fab environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, uptime, and cost control, with responsibilities spanning safety programs, CAPA, SOP adherence, workforce development, and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 8 years in a leadership role, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical handling, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor site to ensure safety, quality and uptime.
• Manage and develop a team of technicians and engineers supporting Technical Facility Management and operations.
• Ensure compliance with SEMI standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental laws.
• Oversee contracts, cost control, and customer communications.
