Job Juncture is seeking a Site Manager to lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor manufacturing site, overseeing a skilled team across technical services to ensure safe, uninterrupted, and compliant production.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing, with 3+ years in leadership, and expertise in high-purity gas/chemical handling, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations. Strong communication and cost-management skills are essential in a 24/7 high-tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing small to medium teams — ideally within semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical systems, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations.
• Familiarity with contract management, financial processes, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Deploy and drive safety and compliance initiatives within semiconductor fab operations, including risk assessments and CAPA.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs for high-purity gas and chemical handling and minimize contamination risk.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance process reliability and reduce downtime; drive root cause analysis for service interruptions.
• Manage and develop a team of technicians and engineers supporting Technical Facility Management and operations.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification to ensure cleanroom and hazardous material handling compliance.
• Maintain reporting on KPIs such as uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics; communicate with stakeholders.
