Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in engineering or technical field.
- 7+ years of progressive semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
- 2+ years in lead or supervisory roles.
- Ability to troubleshoot tools, controls, and robotics.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on supervision of daily maintenance activities on complex tools.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance plans for InP/GaAs and silicon fabs.
- Drive preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment recovery, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with engineering, EH&S, and suppliers for uptime and safety.
- Maintain documentation, calibration records, and change control in CMMS.
- Support tool installations, validations, and production handoffs.
