Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to support and coordinate maintenance, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational-support activities within semiconductor and chemical-system environments.

This working-lead role requires leadership of technicians, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment startups, and turnover across fab and cleanroom facilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five or more years of experience in equipment maintenance or related technical environment.
Experience leading technicians or field crews.

Responsibilities

Provide daily technical direction and field support to maintenance technicians and project personnel.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, repairs, installations, and commissioning.
Lead shift-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety discussions.
Ensure compliance with work instructions, drawings, safety requirements, and task expectations.
Train and mentor technicians on maintenance procedures, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safe work practices.
Track open issues, punch lists, and required corrective actions.
Provide status updates to supervisors, engineers, project managers, and customer representatives.
