Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead semantic and agentic intelligence initiatives within the Data & Analytics Engineering team. You will design scalable models and semantic layers powering enterprise analytics and AI capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, drive technical standards, and contribute to platform strategy, with growth toward principal leadership roles. This hybrid role requires strong data and AI leadership in healthcare.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Semantic Modeling, or AI/ML Engineering with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration, or related field; substitution by experience allowed in healthcare.
• Experience with healthcare data domains and governance is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor Data and AI Engineers, setting standards across the squad.
• Design, build, and own scalable dimensional models and semantic layers used by business users and AI systems.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for healthcare use cases in a governed environment.
• Define governed metrics and ensure observability for AI/agent systems.
