Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Senior Engineer for Semantic & Agentic Intelligence in a hybrid role with in-office days at multiple locations.

You will design, build, and own semantic foundations, governed metrics, and AI agents for enterprise analytics and data products. You will lead and mentor engineers, define technical standards, and contribute to platform strategy while enabling trustworthy, observable AI in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Engineering, Semantic Modeling, or AI/ML with senior or lead experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience; healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Experience building governed, observable AI solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data/AI Engineers; drive standards across the squad.
• Design scalable dimensional models and semantic layers for business users.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for healthcare use cases in regulated settings.
