Cambia Health in the United States seeks a Senior Engineer for the Semantic & Agentic Intelligence squad. Hybrid role with 3 days in office; you will design and own semantic models, governed metrics, and AI agent capabilities across the enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and contribute to platform strategy, with growth toward principal level or leadership. Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Semantic Modeling, or AI/ML Engineering with senior or lead experience.
• College degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent via experience).
• Experience with provider networks, claims, membership, or digital solutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Data and AI Engineers and drive engineering standards across the squad.
• Design, build, and own scalable dimensional models, semantic layers, and governed metrics.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for healthcare use cases in regulated environments.
• Build LLM/agentic applications including RAG pipelines, vector search, and orchestration.
