Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the Semantic & Agentic Intelligence squad. You will design scalable dimensional models, semantic layers, and governed metrics used by business users and AI systems. You will mentor engineers and drive engineering standards across the squad.

You will develop AI agents for healthcare use cases, implement RAG pipelines, and leverage Snowflake Cortex or similar tooling, while ensuring observability and cost efficiency in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Data Eng, Semantic Modeling, or AI/ML Eng with senior/lead experience
• College degree in CS/Math/Business or related field
• Degree may be substituted by healthcare industry experience
• Experience with relevant business areas (Provider Network, Claims, Membership, Digital) preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
