Job summary

Realtor.com is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Paid Search in Austin to own the technical foundation and business strategy behind search marketing programs on Google and Bing. You will build AI-enabled workflows and scalable SEM solutions, partnering across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing to drive growth.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to design systems, automate bidding and budget management, and deliver measurable outcomes through experimentation and data-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SEM, analytics, data enablement, or marketing technology.
• Strong experience with large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.
• Proven experience applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and performance of SEM platforms and workflows, from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Identify, design, and launch new SEM products leveraging automation and AI.
• Build and evolve core platforms for search media automation, bidding, budgeting, and feed management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver high-impact growth capabilities.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes via experimentation and data quality improvements.
• Lead product discovery and agile delivery to ship incremental value and durable SEM infrastructure.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve decision-making, efficiency, and learning velocity.
• Communicate priorities and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with external platform partners (Google, Microsoft) to ensure strong integrations.
• Ensure operational excellence of SEM systems and resolve issues impacting performance.
