Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Growth Marketing to own the technical foundation and business strategy behind our search marketing programs — starting with Google and Bing paid search, and expanding AI-enabled capabilities across our growth engine.

We are looking for a growth-minded Product Manager to sit at the intersection of engineering, data, AI, and search marketing strategy. You will own the strategy, automation roadmap, and optimization cycles for the SEM platforms and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, math, CS, economics).
• 8+ years in SEM, analytics, data enablement, or marketing tech.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including automated bidding.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs to workflows such as bid optimization or QA.
• Proven ability in Agile development and roadmap planning.
• Proficiency with SQL and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own SEM platforms and workflows end-to-end from strategy to optimization.
• Design and launch new SEM products using automation and AI.
• Build platforms for search media automation, bidding, and budget management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Translate business goals into measurable product outcomes via experiments.
• Lead product discovery and agile delivery, shipping incremental value.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with external platforms (Google, Microsoft) for integration.
• Ensure operational excellence and reliability of SEM systems.
