Qualifications

• 5–8 years in paid search or performance marketing with hands-on depth.
• Deep mastery of Google Ads; build and optimize campaign structure and bidding personally.
• Experience building or co-building automation/tools for auditing, bidding, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy, execution, pacing, and optimization end to end.
• Build and refine campaign structure across brand, non-brand, and events; manage bids and budgets.
• Run daily bidding updates and tests; monitor landing page relevance and Quality Score.
