Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, SEM to architect omnichannel strategies across SEM, YouTube, and Contextual media. You will lead a talented team, drive data-driven optimizations, and present clear performance stories to clients.

You'll own KPI development, coordinate with analytics and partner agencies, and guide junior staff through QA and execution to meet aggressive goals. Healthcare/regulated market experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 4+ years leading Paid Search campaigns with proven results.
• Fluent in analytics tools and performance reporting.
• Experience building measurement plans and KPIs for paid media.

Mansioni

• Own strategy and performance for SEM, YouTube, Contextual and emerging channels; set KPIs aligned to brand goals.
• Lead client strategy and reporting discussions; tell a clear results story with insights and next best actions.
• Direct junior team workflow and QA deliverables to hit deadlines and exceed performance targets.
• Analyze statistically significant data sets; drive optimizations that improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
• Partner with analytics and media teams to design measurement plans and dashboards.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to align on strategy and optimization roadmaps.
• Mentor and upskill the team on SEM, Contextual and YouTube; support onboarding.
• Execute keyword research, write ad copy, and fine-tune campaigns hands-on when needed.
