Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) in projects located in Lima, OH, under salaried exempt status. The role emphasizes budgeting, planning, risk management, and contract administration on site at the project location.

The incumbent will supervise and mentor teams, foster diversity and inclusion, strengthen client relationships, and ensure successful delivery through schedule oversight and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, supervision and staff development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity and inclusion for all staff.
• Develop and improve client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Understand and administer company contract and subcontract agreements.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret reports, and monitor project budget.
• Oversee field operations, safety protocols, and labor relations where applicable.
• Ensure timely submission of pay applications and reviews of subcontracts, PO's, and change orders.
