Independence Blue Cross in Pennsylvania seeks a Lead Self-Funded Billing Analyst to manage self-funded billing, collections, cash application and related finance systems.

You will identify process improvements, work with IT on system functions, and provide month-end reports and ad-hoc analyses.

The role requires collaboration with accounting, underwriting and product teams, plus training and leadership for billing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Self-Funded Billing, Collections, Cash Application and Finance Systems support.
• Identify customer-focused process improvements and root-cause analysis, and train staff.
• Collaborate with IT to identify system functions that support workflows.
• Act as a business consultant to internal and external customers to maintain workflow controls.
• Provide month-end reporting, variance analysis, and self-funded settlements as needed.
• Manage AR delinquency processes, receivables reconciliation and escalations.
• Consult with management to streamline processes and reduce customer impact.
• Coordinate with accounting, underwriting, account management and product management on issues.
• Oversee design and implementation of complex business needs and provide project management leadership.
• Lead billing analysis for corporate-wide initiatives.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field

Audit, Compliance and Training experience in Healthcare/Insurance industry
