The Senior Segment Marketing Manager (d/f/m) for Cytiva is responsible for translating annual strategic plans into targeted marketing initiatives, building value propositions and driving top of mind strategic messaging and content that addresses segment customer challenges to increase demand generation.
This position report to the Director, Segment Marketing and is part of the Bioprocess Segment Marketing may be located in Marlborough US, Amersham UK, or Uppsala Sweden and candidates may work remotely from the US or European locations.
What you will do:
  • Translates annual strategic account plans into marketing initiatives with associated value propositions.
  • Utilize account insights to design and localize campaigns and messaging around segment customer challenges.
  • Implement segment omnichannel campaigns to drive engagement and demand generation.
  • Coordinate with teams to develop value props and adapt segment-specific collateral that resonates with target segments.
  • Deliver marketing KPI targets for funnel and segment visibility.
Who you are:
  • BS or equivalent degree in marketing or life sciences or related field.
  • Five years of experience in marketing roles for bioprocess-related or life science applications
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer focused marketing messages, value proposition and content that builds storylines which resonate with the needs of scientists and leaders.
  • Experience managing marketing projects from inception to completion, achieving milestones through leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Driven to achieve short and long-term business goals and targets.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Demonstrated experience in networking and building professional relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated sales experience

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
