CDM Smith is seeking a mid- to senior-level Sediment Remediation Scientist or Geologist in the United States to lead and contribute on sediment remediation projects for federal and public clients. You will work independently and mentor staff while coordinating with engineers and scientists to deliver technically sound solutions.

Responsibilities include evaluating remediation technologies, designing sediment remedies for riverine and coastal sites, and communicating complex concepts to clients

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as duties require.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and/or scientists on sediment remediation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage sediment remediation projects for federal/public clients.
• Evaluate sediment remediation technologies and design remedial actions for riverine, coastal, and floodplain sites.
• Provide support for mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data.
• Serve as technical liaison with clients, public, and outside consultants.
• Mentor and review work of junior staff to ensure technical quality and regulatory compliance.
