Responsibilities

• Evaluate the feasibility of sediment remediation technologies and prepare designs for riverine, coastal, riparian/floodplain, or port sites with multiple stakeholders.
• Understand sediment and contaminant transport, site assessment, sampling/monitoring, cap modeling, dredge approaches, remedial design and construction.
• Support mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Serve as CDM Smith’s task manager on sediment sites, communicating technical strategy to clients and SMEs.
• Lead other staff in preparing and reviewing technical information.
• Liaise with clients, the general public and outside consultants to convey complex evaluations.
