• Lead strategic, high-ambiguity Security programs from inception to execution.
• Own executive-facing operating mechanisms for the Security org, including planning, reviews, and leadership forums.
• Build and scale execution rituals across Security teams with Engineering, Product, and TPM partners.
• Drive portfolio-level strategy, sequencing, and dependency management across critical initiatives.
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, risk tracking, and executive communications.
• Coach and mentor Security TPMs to improve strategy, communication, and delivery.
• Translate technical topics into clear narratives for cross-functional and executive audiences.
