Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management - Security, to build and lead the Security TPM organization and shape how Security operates at scale.

You will define strategy, operating model, and mechanisms to enable high-impact priorities, partnering across Snowflake to turn complex problems into clear plans and measurable outcomes while innovating with AI-enabled security programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical programs at scale.
• Proven ability to build and lead TPM teams.
• Ability to engage with engineers, architects, and product leaders.
• Record of influencing strategy across org boundaries.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
