Responsibilities

• Mentor and train field technicians on low voltage security technology on-site.
• Act as top-tier escalation for complex service or system issues with remote and on-site support.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, playbooks, and related documentation.
• Assist in Post Project Reviews to verify system readiness and handoffs.
• Develop training programs and coach technicians to improve performance and capability.
• Collaborate with Service, Projects, and Triage teams to share insights and enforce standards.
• Interface with customers for advanced escalations, training, or sales support.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure compliance on all projects.
