Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Technician - Security to lead and perform installations of integrated security systems at customer sites in Indianapolis, IN. You will mentor technicians, install and test equipment, and coordinate with project management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The role requires extensive field experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion, plus the ability to work shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technician with a security integrator and current manufacturer certifications.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Valid US driver’s license with an acceptable record and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Mentor assigned technicians and act as SME on security installations.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems at customer sites.
• Handle Video NVR/Servers, IP cameras, access control devices, intrusion devices, and head-end panels.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Field Technicians for scheduling.
• Provide customers with system operation training and maintain daily records.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
