Bosch Building Technologies North America is hiring a Senior Technician - Security to lead installation, testing, and maintenance of integrated security systems at customer sites. You will mentor technicians and manage projects within scope and budget, while ensuring customer training and safety standards are met.

The role requires 5+ years as a senior/lead technician in security, strong experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion, and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior/Lead Technician with a security integrator
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion
• Valid US driver's license with clean record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and mentor to technicians
• Install, test, repair, maintain security systems at customer sites
• Install Video NVR/Servers, IP Cameras, Access Control, Intrusion devices, Head End Panels
• Manage projects within scope, on time, and on budget
• Provide customers with system operation training
• Maintain concise daily records and safety practices
• Coordinate with Project Management and Field Technicians for scheduling
• Occasional shift work or after hours
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
