Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience within integrated security or low-voltage industries; leading technicians and projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing integrated security or low-voltage projects.
• 3+ years in a leadership role; progressive technical experience.
• Programming experience is essential for this position.
• Previous experience leading site-level installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; proficient with relevant tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure, and commission security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fence detection).
• Provide leadership and support for assigned projects and site operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Coordinate technicians, workers, and subcontractors on projects.
• Maintain documentation of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Prepare detailed test plans and reports to meet SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Mentor colleagues; design security systems and layouts as required.
• Stay updated on security technologies and safety regulations.
