Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Technician - II to perform efficient installations of integrated security systems, including startup, installation, closeout and service while supporting related design tasks and Bosch commitments.

The role requires training apprentices, coordinating with Field Engineers for startup compliance, and ongoing communications with the Installation Supervisor to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in electronics with AC/DC theory.
• CCure or Avigilon certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with system programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and documentation.
• Willingness to learn programming and participate in on-site tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate and test equipment per specs and codes.
• Train apprentices on procedures and installation techniques.
• Coordinate startup with Field Engineers for system compliance.
• Communicate daily with Installation Supervisor on status.
• Close out and turnover jobs to client and service dept.
• Repair, restore and test systems per specs and codes.
• Maintain written records and on-time submissions.
• Maintain professional licensing as required by jurisdictions.
• Lead and mentor team members; design system layouts.
• Ensure safety and professionalism; manage site teams.
