Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Lead Technician - Security to oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems. You will lead project teams, review blueprints, and ensure client satisfaction through expert technical guidance.

The role requires strong leadership, programming experience, and the ability to manage site operations, coordinate resources, and maintain detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing integrated security or low-voltage projects.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Progressive leadership in security/low-voltage.
• Programming experience is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and fence detection.
• Lead projects, overseeing personnel and site operations.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs; troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Coordinate technicians, workers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Document installations and maintenance, prepare reports and acceptance tests.
• Stay current with security tech, regulations, and best practices.
