Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Technician - Security to lead on-site installations of integrated security systems at customer sites. The role requires hands-on installation, testing, and closing-out with a focus on quality and safety.

You will mentor technicians, maintain detailed records, coordinate with project management, and deliver training on system operation. Occasional shift work, travel to job sites, and heights work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Senior/Lead Technician with a security integrator or equivalent.
• Industry experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Valid US driver's license with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems at customer sites.
• Mentor technicians and serve as subject matter expert on assigned team.
• Provide customers with system operation training and concise daily records.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Field Technicians for scheduling.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a clean, professional jobsite.
