Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Maine Electrical Low voltage license required.
• 4-5 years’ experience installing and inspecting/repairing Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.
• Experience with Card Access/CCTV/IP cameras, Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Electrical/Electronic background.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service security systems and equipment.
• Repair or replace burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, Card Access, and other security devices.
• Coordinate inspections/installations with police, fire departments, or other authorities.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency and resolve issues.
• Upsell and provide solutions to customers at the time of service.
