Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.
• At least five years of experience in the commercial security systems field.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Service professional maintenance of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Train Partners and explain solutions for future reference.
• Diagnose issues and provide accurate reports.
• Program systems to meet client needs.
• Communicate progress with Partners and internal staff.
• Process service close-out documentation for invoicing.
