Job summary

The Security Center, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to install and service alarm systems, CCTV, and access control within client sites in the Dallas area.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document all service calls, and collaborate with other technicians to resolve issues efficiently. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of alarm security experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with DMP panels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years alarm security experience preferred.
• Experience installing and servicing alarm panels and CCTV.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service.
• Ensure documentation is completed and submitted.
• Assist other technicians as needed.
• Share technical knowledge and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain and control inventory and timely reporting on work orders.
• Communicate effectively with SCI personnel and customers.
• Respond to emergency situations during or after hours.
