Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in commercial security systems.
• Expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.
• Ability to program and troubleshoot Partner systems.

Responsibilities

• Service: professional service of access control, CCTV, and motion/intrusion/alarm systems.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose issues on Partner systems and provide accurate diagnostic reports.
• Programming: ensure systems are programmed to the highest standard and customized to meet client needs.
• Communication: coordinate with local Partner and internal staff on daily progress and service details.
• Documentation: complete service close-out documentation for invoicing and records.
