You will consult with clients, design and integrate physical security solutions (intrusion, access control, biometrics, video, IT systems), and help define requirements across teams for federal, local and commercial customers. The role emphasizes engineering leadership, system design, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience; Master’s degree adds value.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify needs and match with product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
• Develop customized solutions and tailored product offerings.
• Craft detailed proposals with pricing and implementation plans.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
• Develop market surveys, lab evaluations, pilots of physical security technologies.
• Assist with system requirements and allocation to hardware/software components.
• Participate in interface definition, design changes, and lifecycle coordination.
• Verify systems against requirements and develop operation concepts.
