Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Security Systems Engineer 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

The role involves designing, engineering, integrating, operating and maintaining electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial clients with a focus on intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance and IT systems. Qualified candidates will have a degree in a relevant field, active clearance (Secret with TS/SCI potential), and strong experience with security

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Education in Computer Science, Engineering or IT
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and remediate complex systems availability and security issues
• Document designs, configurations, and transition plans
• Perform security updates to hardware and software
• Research, prototype, and implement emerging tech with OEM partners
