Job summary

The Dallas Cowboys seek a Security Systems Senior Engineer to manage Genetec Security Center across AT&T Stadium, The Star, and Dallas Cowboys Merchandising. You will report to the Director of Security and Parking and act as the CCTV and access control SME across properties.

Responsibilities include configuring Genetec components, overseeing video archival, designing failover strategies, and leading security technology projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with enterprise video surveillance and access control systems.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain Genetec Security Center Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security Management or a similar field is preferred
• Extensive technical knowledge of alarms, cameras, access control systems, and security tech in large-scale environments
• Field experience deploying security systems in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company-wide CCTV and access control SME
• Install, configure, and maintain Genetec Security Center server infrastructure
• Manage video archival and storage, including retention policy and integrity monitoring
• Design redundancy and failover strategies for all security platforms
• Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and apply updates/patches
• Lead security technology projects including camera installations and software configurations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support IT with upgrades, migrations, and configurations related to security tech
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and maintenance activities
• Collaborate across Event Operation Team and with vendor partners
• Develop and mentor reports to enrich department capability
• Oversee Stadium Operations budget for security tech
• Provide training and user support for CCTV and access control platforms
• Coordinate with legal on incidents at AT&T Stadium
