Job summary

Dallas Cowboys & Jones Entities seeks a Security Systems Senior Engineer to manage enterprise security platforms across AT&T Stadium, The Star, and Dallas Cowboys Merchandising. You will lead Genetec-based CCTV and access control, drive upgrades, and partner with IT and legal on incidents.

The role requires 5+ years in video surveillance, Genetec certification or certification path, and strong project management with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise video surveillance and access control
• Genetec Security Center certification or ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Strong networking fundamentals (IP, PoE, VLANs)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company-wide CCTV and access control subject matter expert
• Install, configure, and maintain Genetec Security Center server infrastructure
• Manage video archival and storage retention and integrity
• Design redundant, failover strategies for security platforms
• Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and apply patches
• Lead security tech projects from planning to implementation
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support IT with upgrades and migrations for security tech
• Document system configurations and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with Event Operations and vendor partners
• Oversee Stadium Operations security budget portion
• Provide training for Genetec Omnicast and Synergis users
• Coordinate incidents with legal department as needed
