Job summary

AT&T Stadium is seeking a Security Systems Senior Engineer to manage Genetec Security Center and related platforms across Dallas Cowboys properties, including AT&T Stadium, The Star, and Dallas Cowboys Merchandising.

The role reports to the Director of Security and Parking and requires strong project leadership, technical depth in video surveillance and access control, and excellent cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise video surveillance and access control systems.
• Genetec Security Center Certification preferred or able to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CCTV and access control SME for the company.
• Install, configure Genetec components and manage server infra.
• Oversee video archival, storage and retention policies.
• Design redundancy and failover strategies for security platforms.
• Monitor system health and apply updates/patches.
• Lead security tech projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Support IT in security-related upgrades and migrations.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes.
• Lead and develop team members within the department.
