Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead highly complex security installation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will own planning, governance, and stakeholder communication across senior levels.

The role emphasizes financial management, multi-technology integrations, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and improve installation quality across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience on large, complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of highly complex security installation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage project financials, costs, procurement, and margins.
• Identify risks and changes early, negotiate changes and mitigate issues.
• Coordinate with executives, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Oversee multi-technology system integrations and troubleshoot interoperability issues.
• Report project status and financials to executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement.
