Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 4+ years, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant professional experience in cybersecurity, Security Operations, security architecture, or technical pre-sales/consulting.
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise SIEM, automation, threat detection, response, and modern security architecture.
• Proven ability to engage senior technical leaders and translate complex business/security requirements into enterprise-grade solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical sales engagements across diverse geographic and cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape the security vision for high-value customers by aligning Splunk’s capabilities with their long-term transformation goals in SIEM, threat detection, and AI-driven Security Operations.
• Trusted Advisor: Engage with CISOs and senior technical decision-makers to translate business risk into robust technical architectures and solve complex security problems.
• Sales Enablement: Lead competitive displacement campaigns and complex technical engagements, mobilizing resources across Cisco and Splunk to secure strategic wins.
• Regional Influence: Mentor and up-skill the ASP technical field through workshops, reference architectures, and the development of repeatable technical sales motions.
• Product Interlock: Represent the voice of ASP customers to global product and engineering teams, providing critical insights on market trends, competitive threats, and regional requirements.
