Cisco Systems is seeking a Senior Security Solutions Architect to act as the technical authority for Splunk’s Security business across the Americas Service Provider space. You will bridge complex customer challenges with innovative security solutions, driving growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities include shaping security visions for high-value customers, engaging with CISOs, leading technical engagements, and mentoring regional teams to develop repeatable technical sales motions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 4+ years, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant professional experience in cybersecurity, Security Operations, security architecture, or technical pre-sales/consulting.
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise SIEM, automation, threat detection, response, and modern security architecture.
• Proven ability to engage senior technical leaders and translate complex business/security requirements into enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the security vision for high-value customers by aligning Cisco Splunk capabilities with transformation goals in SIEM, threat detection, and AI-driven Security Operations.
• Engage with CISOs and senior technical decision-makers to translate risk into robust architectures.
• Lead competitive displacement campaigns and complex technical engagements, coordinating Cisco and Splunk resources for strategic wins.
• Mentor ASP technical field through workshops and reference architectures.
• Represent voice of ASP customers to global product teams with insights on trends and regional requirements.
