Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Security Solutions Architect for enterprise engagements. You will translate business security needs into scalable architectures while partnering with sales, engineering, operations, and executives to deliver secure, resilient solutions.

You bring 10+ years in information security, strong networking, cloud, and DevOps knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information security or related field.
• 10+ years as an information security professional.
• Experience leading complex security solutioning engagements and documenting security requirements; strong networking, cloud, and DevOps knowledge.
• Working knowledge across multiple security disciplines incl. EDR, SIEM, SOC, DDoS, SASE, IR, vulnerability mgmt, data protection, security awareness, strategy & architecture.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer security requirements into scalable security solutions and architectures.
• Lead security solution development for strategic initiatives and high-visibility engagements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus on technical approaches and strategies.
• Architect and position managed and professional security services with consistent messaging.
• Develop diagrams, designs, statements of work, and customer-facing security collateral.
• Provide thought leadership across cybersecurity domains and contribute to new offerings.
• Present security strategies to executives, security teams, and technical audiences.
