Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Security Solutions Architect to lead security advisory services and architect complex cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate business needs into scalable security designs and partner with sales, engineering, operations, and executives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in information security, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence strategic security offerings and architectures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience as an information security professional.
• Experience leading complex security solutioning engagements and gathering, documenting, and tracing security requirements; strong networking, cloud, DevOps, and security platforms knowledge.
• Working knowledge across multiple security disciplines (EDR, SIEM, SOC, DDoS mitigation, SASE, IR, vulnerability management, data protection, security awareness, architecture).
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer security requirements into clear, scalable security solutions and architectures.
• Lead security solution development for strategic initiatives and high-visibility opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus on technical approaches, architectures, and strategies.
• Architect, package, and position managed and professional security services with consistent messaging.
• Develop architectural diagrams, statements of work, presentations, business justifications, pricing support, and customer security collateral.
• Provide thought leadership across cybersecurity domains and contribute to new security services.
• Present security strategies and technical recommendations to executive leadership and technical audiences.
